Up to four owners share one island, each investing under 4 million dollars. Enjoy up to 50 years of secure leasehold and more than 45 days of exclusive personal use every year, with professional management delivering worry free operations and rental income when not in residence.
The New Guest Experience
Most Maldivian resorts are built for one- to two-week stays. We design residential-grade villas and estates for extended living: private walled compounds, seamless indoor–outdoor flow and home comforts in extraordinary nature with unscripted service. The result is longer stays, unforgettable experiences and repeat occupancy, with a product that is difficult to substitute.

Structure
Single owner or up to four co-owners. Private owner stores secure your belongings when away and are reinstated before arrival, so it always feels like home. During guest rentals, your personal items are never used.
Investment
Under US$4 million per owner. Flexible payment plan, with a target to recover principal within ten years while earning income through the rental programme.
Tenure
Leasehold up to 50 years, with an option to extend to 99 years for an additional fee. Your ownership is transferable should you wish to sell.

45+ exclusive days a year, sleeps up to 40 guests, fully managed rental programme, with dedicated quarters for up to six personal staff alongside resort teams.
